Fire Alarm Systems
Fire alarm and warning systems are the general names of the systems that are detected at the beginning of a possible fire situation and are used to inform people about this situation with various stimuli. Perhaps the most important of all weak current systems that should be used in a structure are fire alarm and warning systems.
Fire alarm systems basically consist of the following components;
Detectors (optical smoke detector, heat detector, combined detector, gas detector, beam type detector etc.) that can detect the fire situation in the environment when it is still in its initial stage.
Fire buttons that enable people to activate the manual notification system in case of visible fire situation
Sirens and flashers to alert people in an audible and visual way in case of an alarm
I / O (input / output) modules used to interact with a different system in case of fire and to start or stop these systems
Control panels that control and manage all this system.
Since fire alarm systems operate in a healthy way and fulfill their duties directly affect human life, they must be produced in certain standards. It can be understood from the certificates that a fire alarm system is produced in required standards. These certificates are tested and issued by independent organizations and accredited laboratories. Our country is subject to the quality standards under the EN54 heading prepared for Fire detection and warning systems determined by the European Union.
Fire detection systems are produced in two different types in terms of operation and functionality. One of them is Adresli and the other is conventional type fire alarm systems.
