Hybrid Polyurea
Hybrid (polyurea) systems are materials that are mixed by increasing catalyst compared to pure doped polyurea systems. These materials were mixed into pure polyurea systems by blending aramotic polymers. Mixing process is done with catalysts. This structure of the hybrid polyurea does not meet the insulation requirement required when exposed to sunlight and outdoor conditions. It is necessary to make certain temperature and pressure adjustments of the machines by considering the type of surface to be applied. After these adjustments are made, the material is sprayed to the average thickness. Polyureas formed by the first spray application are discarded as primers. The reason for this is to ensure adhesion to the surface. The liquid sprayed material adheres fully to the surface. No additional glue is required for the bonding process. The polyureas are sprayed onto the coats until the desired average thickness is formed. In this way, it takes its final form by surface. It takes polyureas within 5 to 10 seconds. Approximately 10 seconds after application, you can easily walk on the surface and open the area for use. In case of an additional treatment on the surface after the spray application, the material must mature for 24 hours. During this time, the reaction inside the material ends completely.
